Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please note that these times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.

International Orders:

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free return and exchange policy is here to help.

Eligibility:

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days from the date you receive your item(s)
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
• Final sale items (Balaclavas and Headbands) are not eligible for return or exchange

Return Process:

1. Contact our Customer Adventure Team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. We will email you your RMA number and detailed instructions
3. Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation
4. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds:

After we receive and approve your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. The timing for the credit to appear in your account will then depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies, but it typically takes an additional 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item for a different size or color, follow the standard return process. Once your return is processed, you will be refunded for the original item and can place a new order for the desired item.
