Shipping Policy
We are proud to ship our adventure gear globally (excluding Asia and a few remote regions).
Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare and pack your order for its journey.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx): $12.95. Your order will be delivered within 10-15 business days after it ships.
- Free Shipping (EMS): Available on all orders over $50. Your order will be delivered within 15-25 business days after it ships.
Please note that these times are estimates and can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your gear doesn’t meet your expectations, our hassle-free return and exchange policy is here to help.
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for 15 days from the date you receive your item(s).
To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Adventure Team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Use the template below to provide all necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you your RMA number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. - Inspection and Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds
Timing: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed by us. The timing for the credit to appear in your account will then depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies, but it typically takes an additional 5-10 business days.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process outlined above. Once your return is received and processed, you will be refunded for the original item. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
