Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges for 15 days from the date you receive your item(s). To be eligible, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
The Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Adventure Team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please use the template below to ensure we have all the necessary information.
- Receive Instructions: We will email you the RMA number and detailed instructions on where to ship your return.
- Pack and Ship: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship your return to our fulfillment center at:

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. - Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s). Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.

Refunds
Timing: After we receive and approve your return, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed. The timing for the credit to appear in your account will then depend on your bank or card issuer’s policies, but it typically takes 5-10 business days.
Method: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the standard return process. Once your return is received and processed, you will be refunded for the original item. You can then place a new order for the desired item on our website.
